Villa An individual home built upon its own plot of land and not connected to any other property. These can be single or multi level constructions.
Semi – Detached House built in pairs. Each one of the pair will normally have its own garden. They can be single or multi level constructions.
Quad A semi-detached house backing onto another semi-detached house (forming four individual houses). Each one of the pair will normally have its own garden. They can be single or multi level constructions.
Duplex A two level home, usually in a group of four or more, either terraced or in a block. Duplexes can also be located on the topmost or lowermost floor of an apartment building.
Bungalow Single level houses, usually built in rows, being separate homes on separate levels.
Apartment A single level home with a terrace contained within the building. This building will perhaps have three floors and comprise more than six individual homes.
